Summary

Stephanie is a forceful competition and FDI lawyer with extensive experience practising in Brussels, Amsterdam and New York. She acts in a broad range of European and Dutch competition and FDI-related matters, building on her track record of representing multinational clients before the European Commission as well as Dutch and US authorities.

Stephanie has built up extensive skills and knowledge in transactional matters – winning clearance for complex remedies across the globe and acting as lead counsel in the coordination of many international merger filings. Stephanie has handled a variety of sensitive investigative matters concerning competition law and anti-money laundering controls. She also appears regularly before the Dutch courts in high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional antitrust damages litigation and represents clients before the European Court of Justice.

Stephanie is ranked in Chambers (European / Competition Law) and recommended as a Leading Partner by Legal500 (EU and Competition – Tier 1).
