De Brauw advised the shareholders of Schuberg Philis on reaching an agreement with Bridgepoint regarding a majority investment by Bridgepoint. Schuberg Philis is an Dutch-rooted IT company specialising in mission-critical IT services, cloud-native solutions, and digital transformation. As part of the partnership with Bridgepoint, Schuberg Philis’ existing shareholders from both founder and management teams will retain significant stakes in the business.
