Bob is a Senior Associate in De Brauw's Corporate / M&A practice. He specialises in corporate M&A with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. Bob’s analytical and structured approach to deals is driven by a combined background in corporate law and quantitative finance, ensuring a deep understanding of both the legal complexities and economic dynamics of a transaction.

Bob regularly advises domestic and international corporate clients, private equity investors and founders on investments, exits, financing rounds and corporate structuring.

Bob is currently seconded to the Corporate / M&A team of Allen & Gledhill in Singapore until 30 November 2026.
