Bob specialises in corporate M&A matters with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. He has a background in corporate law and quantitative finance and combines these disciplines in an analytical and structured approach, with a solid understanding of the legal as well as the economic aspects of a transaction. Bob regularly advises both private equity investors and founders on investments, growth opportunities, financing rounds and corporate structuring. He is currently seconded to the Singapore office of Allen & Gledhill until 30 November 2026.
