De Brauw advised Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, on its acquisition of a 30% minority stake in Marktlink Capital, a leading Benelux investment platform providing private investors with access to private equity, venture capital and private credit funds across Europe and North America.

The investment is being made by Partnership Capital III, Inflexion's dedicated minority fund. Marktlink Group will remain a shareholder alongside Inflexion and the Marktlink Capital management team. Marktlink Capital has ambitious plans for further expansion and aims to become Europe's leading private markets platform, scaling both organically and through M&A. Inflexion will support Marktlink Capital's next phase of growth, drawing on its international network and sector expertise to accelerate the company's European expansion and widen the opportunities available to its investor community.

Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
