Fréderique is engaged in the firm’s corporate and M&A practice, with a particular focus on private M&A and private equity. She has been involved in various cross-border and domestic transactions, including for several regulated companies. Her work includes a strong focus on the healthcare sector. ​

Fréderique has also been part of De Brauw's litigation team, where she gained significant experience in international dispute resolution, advising and representing clients in complex cross-border and domestic litigation and international investment arbitration.
