Constantijn regularly advises founder-led businesses and family-owned corporations, both listed and privately held, on their corporate structure and founder / family corporate governance.
Constantijn has extensive experience across the field of corporate law. A substantial part of his practice is cross-border, reflecting his experience in international transactions involving IPOs, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic deals.
Constantijn practised law at De Brauw London, where he advised large international companies and financial institutions on corporate and finance transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.
