De Brauw advises DigitalBridge on acquisition of VodafoneZiggo's Dutch towers business

De Brauw is advising DigitalBridge on its EUR 670 million acquisition of the passive tower telecommunications infrastructure business from VodafoneZiggo in a strategic sale process. The portfolio consists of approximately 3000 mobile tower sites across the Netherlands providing nationwide network coverage.

De Brauw is acting as Dutch legal advisor to DigitalBridge alongside Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
