Ralph is a senior associate in De Brauw's Corporate M&A practice where he advises listed companies and large multinationals on a variety of M&A transactions and related corporate law matters. Drawing on his background in corporate law and strategic management, Ralph employs an analytical and methodical approach, with a solid understanding of the legal and strategic aspects of a transaction. Before joining De Brauw's Corporate M&A practice, Ralph was a member of De Brauw's Corporate Litigation practice. He has acted as counsel to clients across various sectors and industries on a diverse range of issues in proceedings before the Dutch courts.
