Hein Koster is a key lawyer in De Brauw's employment law practice. He specialises in employment law and employee benefits, advising and representing clients in a broad range of individual and collective labour mattes. His practice covers both strategic advisory work and complex litigation, often at the intersection of employment and corporate law. Hein has particular expertise in co-determination processes, collective redundancies, and workforce reorganisations.
