Alexandra specialises in company law, with a focus on M&A and corporate governance. She advises listed companies, large multinationals, private equity funds and founders on various complex (cross-border) public and private M&A issues, including governance, incentive plans, shareholder activism and listing rules.

Alexandra is a guest lecturer on M&A topics at the Maastricht Business School, the Amsterdam Institute of Finance.
