Eelco is a leading dispute resolution practitioner with extensive experience in complex and cross-border litigation, international arbitration and ADR. He represents companies and executive management in diverse industries, including banking and financial services, insurance, technology, energy, construction, pharmaceutical and manufacturing. Eelco has a broad corporate, restructuring and financial litigation practice in which he often works with other international law firms.

Eelco is noted for effectively utilising a wide array of means, methods and techniques to resolve complex disputes, always with a sharp focus on the client’s interests in resolution of the dispute. From 2015-2018 Eelco was head of the litigation and arbitration practice and member of De Brauw’s management committee. He frequently lectures and publishes on dispute resolution.
