De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek has published its 2025 annual report, providing an account of the firm's performance and strategic initiatives over the past year.

Much of the work involved major transactions and complex disputes, in a year shaped by geopolitical uncertainty and rapid technological change. Our results reflect the quality of that work. They also explain why we continue to materially invest in the technology, talent and specialist capabilities needed to advise clients at this level."

Strong financial results

De Brauw reported net revenue of EUR 229.1 million for 2025, a growth of 8% compared to 2024.

Continued investment in technology

Rapid technological change, including the rise of AI, is reshaping both the issues clients face and the way legal services are delivered. In the past year, De Brauw continued to integrate AI tools into legal and operational workflows, supported by training designed to build AI literacy and sound professional judgement. The firm also invested further in IT infrastructure, information security and cyber resilience, reflecting the standards required for complex, sensitive and high-value client work.

Progress on DEIB

De Brauw reached 30% female representation in the partner group on 1 January 2026, with women accounting for 45% of partner appointments since 2019. The firm has set a new target of 35% by 2030. Its broader DEIB work now places greater emphasis on cultural diversity, alongside continued work on gender and inclusion. Dedicated leadership programmes and specialist partnerships support the firm’s long-term work to build a more inclusive culture.
