De Brauw publishes 2023 annual report
Our firm has published its 2023 annual report.
Klaas de Vries, managing partner of De Brauw: "We are pleased with our results over 2023. Our clients were well able to find us for assistance on issues that matter most to them. With the appointment of four new partners, we have further invested in the firm's future. In addition, necessary steps forward have been taken in the areas of diversity and sustainability. Stable financial results
Despite continued volatile market conditions, De Brauw saw revenue growth of 9 percent in 2023 compared to the previous year. As a result, net revenue ended at EUR 192.7 million.
Four new partners across practices
In 2023, four new partners were appointed in various practice areas: Anne Marie Verschuur (IP/Patents), Claudia van Rappard - Priem (private equity), Frank Hamming (public and private M&A) and Marieke Bredenoord - Spoek (commercial litigation/mass claims).
Progress towards DEI targets
Since 2018, the share of female partners in the partner group has increased from 13% to 27% (as of 1 January 2024). De Brauw aims to reach a share of at least 30% female partners by 2025.
