Geert Potjewijd and Tim Kluwen have authored the Groene Serie commentary on Title 14A, Book 3 of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure (DCCP). Introduced by the Resolution of Mass Damage in Collective Action Act (WAMCA), Title 14A sets out admissibility requirements and procedural rules for class actions in the Netherlands.

The Groene Serie is a leading reference on Dutch civil procedure, consulted by judges, lawyers, academics, and other legal professionals. In their contribution, Geert and Tim provide a detailed analysis of each provision in Title 14A (Articles 1018b–1018o DCCP), drawing on legislative history, case law, literature, and their experience in De Brauw’s mass claims and class actions practice.
