International commercial litigation expert Marieke Bredenoord-Spoek will join De Brauw on 1 April 2022.

Marieke was counsel in the commercial litigation practice at Stibbe, where she started her career in 2007. Over the years, she specialised in complex follow-on litigation and frequently handled high-profile cases. At De Brauw, Marieke will be strengthening the commercial litigation practice, especially handling mass claims in follow-on litigation, including in competition and data-protection areas.
