Global Restructuring Review has ranked De Brauw's restructuring and insolvency practice among the "GRR Global 30" for 2026. We are very pleased to receive this news, as it ranks us among the leading international restructuring practices worldwide. We are particularly proud as we are the only firm in the GRR Global 3 whose ranking is based on the results of a single team, in a single office in continental Europe, with all other firms having pooled their efforts across multiple jurisdictions and continents.

GRR is a widely respected source of worldwide news and analysis for restructuring and insolvency practitioners. Its research into firms across the globe who offer advice on the largest cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters is widely recognised as authoritative in the market. As cross-border restructurings grow in complexity, GRR's list highlights lawyers who have shown particular skill and impact in guiding stressed and distressed businesses, their creditors and investors through difficult financial situations.

In August this year, GRR also named our colleague Ryanne Elkerbout - Kok among its "40 under 40 2026": a list of rising stars in cross-border restructuring and insolvency from around the world, all aged under 40, and shortlisted De Brauw for "European Restructuring Firm of the Year".
