Gaby is a partner in De Brauw's Corporate practice where she focuses on cross-border equity capital markets and M&amp;A transactions. Gaby's transactional practice includes advising on IPOs, private and public M&amp;A, and joint ventures. In addition to her transactional practice, Gaby advises listed companies on compliance with securities laws and disclosure obligations. Gaby was instrumental in setting up De Brauw's Shanghai office in 2014, and headed the office until 2017. Accordingly, Gaby's experience includes acting as lead counsel in transactions with a strong Asian component. She continues working on Asia-related transactions from the Amsterdam office. Gaby previously also worked at De Brauw's New York office.

Heather is a counsel at De Brauw’s Corporate practice and is based in Amsterdam. She has a broad-based background in M&amp;A law from North American and European perspectives. 
Heather has advised on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint venture arrangements, complex carve-out transactions and private equity investments in a broad range of industries. Her clients include domestic and international corporate clients in a variety of industries, and private equity funds.
Heather holds degrees from the University of Toronto and the University of Oxford. She is qualified to practice in New York, and prior to joining De Brauw, she practiced at a major international law firm in New York.

He advises corporates and financial institutions close to home and far afield. Jan Willem Hoevers

Kees specialises in commercial litigation, particularly mass claims and cartel damage litigation. He acts on behalf of Dutch and international regulated institutions and corporate clients. 
Before joining the litigation practice group, Kees was with De Brauw’s Investment Management Group, where he advised financial institutions and corporate and government bodies on financial regulatory law and pension law, and with De Brauw’s administrative law group. In 2017, Kees worked for six months as director of regulatory affairs at a major Dutch car leasing company.
