She has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including regulated ones such as the financial institutions and energy sectors. Fleur previously worked in De Brauw's litigation and arbitration practice, where she gained significant expertise in post-M&amp;A and other corporate disputes.
In 2024, Fleur was seconded to Bredin Prat in Paris, where she worked on several matters with a French angle.

Bas specialises in general banking, finance and restructuring matters - his recent Executive Master in Finance demonstrates his deep knowledge of corporate finance that goes beyond the legal aspects of matters. Bas' practice covers the full spectrum of finance and capital markets transactions, and often involves highly complex and multi-faceted cross-border matters. He has taken leading roles in negotiating large (sustainability-linked) corporate credit facilities, implementing acquisition financing arrangements for transformative acquisitions and designing comprehensive capital restructurings both in- and outside of distressed situations. He also has substantial expertise in project financing and construction.
