De Brauw advises eToro Group Ltd. to acquire TradeZero Holding Corp.

De Brauw advises eToro Group Ltd., a global trading and investing platform, on Dutch law matters in connection with its acquisition of TradeZero Holding Corp., an online brokerage serving active traders, for a purchase consideration of approximately USD 231 million comprising cash and shares. Completion of the transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
