Geert Lokhorst is a senior associate in De Brauw’s IP/Tech practice group, where he focuses on non-contentious IP/Tech matters, including licensing, R&D and joint venture collaborations, and IP-heavy M&A transactions. Working seamlessly with De Brauw’s corporate teams and expertise in navigating intellectual property and technology issues at the heart of major corporate transactions, Geert is regularly involved in complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.
