Dennis makes up the Management Board, together with Hanne Buis and Klaas de Vries.
Dennis is a member of the dispute resolution practice and the financial markets regulation practice. He has wide experience in litigation and arbitration in the financial sector. He represents banks and insurers in a wide range of disputes, including the defence against claims for alleged duty of care and misselling. He also represents financial institutions as claimant against other parties. Dennis leads the defence in a wide range of collective litigation matters from financial services, to consumer products, and climate change. He represented Ageas in the most recent court-approved collective settlement in the Netherlands.
Dennis is an expert on insurance law. He acts for corporate insureds in complex claims involving product liability, professional liability, D&amp;O liability and fraud.

Eva has a broad regulatory practice and advises banks, insurance companies, payment institutions and pension funds on the regulation of Dutch and EU financial markets and pension matters. This includes advice about governance, outsourcing, capital requirements and interactions with supervisory authorities.
Eva assists clients in regulatory matters that are of strategic importance, in both transactions and litigation. She has a specific focus on complex transition processes, such as where undertakings face financial distress or pension funds need advice in the ongoing consolidating trend. Eva also advises about licence applications. 
Eva's recent experience includes advising:
