Anja is a partner in De Brauw's Corporate / M&amp;A practice. In recent years, she held several leadership roles in the firm, including as management board member, hiring partner and head of the energy industry group. 
Anja specialises in corporate law, contract law and mergers &amp; acquisitions. She has extensive experience in various industry sectors including tech, infrastructure, energy, banking and insurance.
