De Brauw has advised on the sale of the EUR 900 million mortgage loan portfolio of PVF Zakelijke Hypotheekfonds.

PME, together with the other participants in the fund, have signed an agreement with RNHB for the sale of their participations in PVF Zakelijk Hypothekenfonds, with an outstanding balance of approximately EUR 900 mln. Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance acted as the fund's manager. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place in March 2021.
