Lennard is a partner in De Brauw’s corporate/M&amp;A practice, and head of the private equity practice. He acts for Dutch and international private equity firms (sellers and buyers). In addition, Lennard regularly acts for founders and family-owned companies. He is often consulted for his expertise in governance arrangements between shareholders, private equity funds and co-investors, and in warranty &amp; indemnity insurance and management participation plans. 
Lennard is recognised as a leader in his field, as also confirmed by Legal 500 and Chambers. He was awarded “Best M&amp;A Lawyer” by the Dutch M&amp;A community in 2021, having been nominated in 2020 as well.
Lennard played an important role in establishing De Brauw’s Singapore office in 2012.

Roos manages those cases where the transactional aspects of intellectual property rights are a central element of the matter. She has over nine years of experience in the IP practice and is a seasoned transactional lawyer. She advises on, negotiates and drafts IP-related agreements and structures. Roos is closely connected to De Brauw's Corporate department, and forms part of multidisciplinary teams for M&amp;A-related matters, financing and restructuring. Roos is often is involved in matters where intellectual property law, contract law and competition law intersect.
