Het Financieele Dagblad: Criticism on ‘political haste’ regarding the new rules governing dismissal

The introduction of the new rules governing dismissal that take effect on 1 July 2015 is engulfed by too much ‘political haste’. This can lead to legal errors, according to Employment Law professors Stefan Sagel and Evert Verhulp, in an interview with Het Financieele Dagblad.
