Anna advises and litigates across the full spectrum of employment-related matters, including on individual and collective dismissals, remuneration issues, and the representing of employees. An important focus of her practice consists of employment and co-determination related advice in both national and cross-border transactions, transfers of undertakings (TUPE), and restructurings.

Anna is the author of several legal publications on employment law and a member of various professional organisations, such as the Vereniging Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten (VJAA). She is also a member of the Dutch Bar Association's legislative advisory committee on employment law. Anna most recently completed the Grotius Labour Law course - with honours - in 2020.
