Daan specialises in complex litigation and regulatory enforcement matters involving digital regulation.

Equipped with litigation experience and an in-depth knowledge of Dutch procedural law, Daan has assisted large tech companies in matters concerning data protection laws, consumer laws and other digital regulations, including the EU's Digital Services Act.

Daan's past work involved assisting clients in collective proceedings for damages and summary proceedings for injunctive relief, as well as in regulatory enforcement actions by the Data Protection Authority and the Authority for Consumers and Markets in the Netherlands.
