Darina Maláčová specialises in international and national arbitration and commercial litigation and has a particular experience with disputes relating to energy, natural resources, construction, M&A and foreign investments. She has excellent analytical skills, quickly understands complex issues and focuses on finding solutions.
Darina acts as counsel in arbitration under the rules of ICC, UNCITRAL and the Netherlands Arbitration Institute, as well as in ad hoc arbitration. She also represents clients in disputes concerning enforcement and the setting aside of arbitral awards before national courts. Darina has also experience in EU and competition law, in particular advising clients in multi-jurisdictional merger control cases and anti-trust investigations.
