Féline is counsel in De Brauw’s Corporate practice where she focuses on cross-border equity capital markets and M&A matters. Féline's practice includes advising on all aspects of securities offerings and listings, including prospectus requirements and cross-border clearing and settlement structures. Féline has been the lead associate and project coordinator, the main point of contact, and the trusted adviser for clients on various large and notable equity capital market transactions, including for Technip Energies on its highly complex spin off and listing on Euronext Paris; Royal Philips on its dual track process for its Domestic Appliances business; CM.com on its listing on Euronext Amsterdam through a business combination with a SPAC; and Fugro on a rights issue. Féline also assists and advises corporates on their compliance with financial reporting obligations and financial market regulations, including market abuse, ongoing obligations, insider trading issues, and stock exchange rules.

Féline was seconded to a large national bank in 2015/2016.
