
Florence Haverhals is a lawyer in the IP/Tech practice. She advises and litigates on a broad range of IP matters, including copyright, trademark and design law. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes concerning the enforcement and validity of intellectual property rights.
Florence also focuses on non-contentious IP and technology matters, including licensing, R&D and joint venture collaborations, and IP-heavy M&A transactions. She advises on the structuring, protection and transfer of intellectual property rights in corporate and investment contexts.
Florence is admitted to the Dutch Bar. She is a member of the Dutch AIPPI group (VIE) and the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BMM), and serves on the AIPPI Standing Committee on Geographical Indications.
Before joining the Intellectual Property practice, Florence worked in De Brauw’s M&A and Capital Markets practice group.
