Klaas specialises in domestic and cross-border corporate tax law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, (re)structuring and financing matters. He regularly advises public and private businesses on a wide range of tax issues, including strategic and financial acquisitions, divestments, reorganisations and tax controversies.
