Mirjam is an experienced lawyer specialised in employment law, litigation and sports law. She focusses on collective employment law, co-determination, employment conditions and dismissal of executives, reorganisations and pensions.
Mirjam often litigates, not only on employment law related matters, but also on sports law, and contract law liability. She also works closely with our M&A department on employment related topics in transactions.

More recently, Mirjam has been advising clients on Covid-related matters, including on NOW subsidies and vaccination requirements.
