Mirjam focuses on employment law and employee benefits. She advises and litigates on employment law matters, both individual and collective. Mirjam specialises in co-determination, reorganisations, transfers of undertaking, and dismissal cases at the board and executive levels.


Mirjam is an editor of Rechtspraak Arbeidsrecht, a labour law journal, and she regularly publishes on various employment law issues. Mirjam frequently gives courses on employment-related subjects.


She has also been appointed as deputy judge at the Court of Appeal in The Hague.
