Niek is an all-round litigator with extensive experience across the full breadth of Dutch civil and procedural law. He has acted for various financial institutions, large multinationals and States in a wide range of complex, cross-border disputes. These include commercial and financial litigation, collective actions, Supreme Court litigation, inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber, setting-aside proceedings, and arbitrations. 

In 2018, Niek was seconded to De Brauw's London office and to Rabobank Advocaten.
