Pieter forms part of our dispute resolution practice where he focuses on commercial arbitration (including under the ICC and NAI rules), corporate litigation and mediation (CEDR-accredited). He advises and represents large corporate clients across various industries on their key strategic issues, including high-value and politically sensitive disputes, and related negotiations. Pieter has particular experience in the fields of energy, M&A and public-private partnerships. Previously, he advised clients on a variety of public and private M&A transactions and related matters, including shareholder activism, as part of De Brauw's M&A practice.
