Stan specialises in financial markets regulation and administrative law. He advises banks, insurers, investment firms, fintech companies and public sector entities on market access, prudential requirements, governance and relations with supervisory authorities. In addition to advisory work, he represents clients in both administrative and civil proceedings. Before joining the Financial Markets & Regulation team, Stan worked in matters involving energy, state aid, competition and foreign direct investment.
