De Brauw advises Aegon Asset Management on strategic transaction with Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management

Aegon Asset Management is transferring its fiduciary management activities to Van Lanschot Kempen, whereby Aegon Asset Management will continue to provide liquid multi-manager investment solutions and liability-driven investment services to the fiduciary clients. Separately, the parties have agreed to enter into a partnership under which Aegon Asset Management will become Van Lanschot Kempen’s strategic partner for alternative fixed income solutions.

De Brauw advised Aegon Asset Management on all legal documentation and led the negotiations with Van Lanschot Kempen, working together with the Aegon Asset Management team via multiple expertises in an integrated manner. De Brauw will continue to assist Aegon Asset Management in the further implementation of this transaction.
