Wilbert specialises in corporate law.

Since joining De Brauw, Wilbert has advised a wide range of listed and private companies on corporate governance and other corporate law-related matters.

Wilbert has also been involved in various national and international transactions, such as cross-border deals, joint-ventures, private M&A, and private-equity deals.

Wilbert has published several academic articles on corporate law. He was a lecturer at Utrecht University's faculty of law before joining De Brauw.
