HR Officer
De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek is looking for a proactive HR Officer (full-time) with a passion for both improving HR processes, analysis in AFAS/PROFIT and first line HR advice. If you have good organisational skills and experience in a HR role, than you may be the one we are looking for! The job focuses on improving general HR processes, and supporting & advising the HR Business Partners for Business Solutions.
About the role
As an HR Officer you ensure the smooth running of administrative and organisational processes. You will support the monthly mutation process. Towards the business you will operate as a first-line service for all sorts of HR questions, pro-actively taking over work normally done by HR Business Partners.
Within the HR team we continuously strive to improve our work processes. You will be asked to analyse our current administrative HR processes and employment terms and benefits, and we expect you to suggest proposals to make our processes more efficient and effective. You will also play a role in implementing these improvements.
Our standards are very high and there is often great time pressure, so a strong degree of independence and proactivity is expected of you. You will act as a source of information for your HR colleagues and other De Brauw employees, and you will take action where necessary. Extracting data from systems in order to support your conclusions and providing information to the (HR) Organisation is something you have experience with and are good at.
Who are you?
- Our ideal candidate for this position:
- has a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience;
- has experience with AFAS/PROFIT;
- has good analytical skills;
- is determined and has extraordinary organisational and planning skills;
- is highly precise;
- has great communication skills (both verbal and written, in Dutch and English).
