Office Manager for our Brussels office

We are looking for a full-time office manager at our Brussels office.

You will support our foreign office in the broadest sense, and work closely with another part-time office manager. You will report to one of the Business Support managers.

The role consists largely of organisational and secretarial duties, including:

  • General office management
  • Complex calendar management, overseeing the efficient scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Secretarial support
  • Organising internal and external meetings
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Being the liaison officer between Amsterdam and Brussels
  • Carrying out administrative tasks (credit card, invoices, filing, handling incoming and outgoing mail)

Who are you?

Our ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Higher professional education level (HBO)
  • Experience in a support and office management position
  • Good knowledge of local rules and regulations
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of Dutch, English and French
  • Is accurate, well-organised and works efficiently
  • Works independently, needs little instruction, is flexible and collaborative
  • Has a proactive attitude
  • Deals well with stress and is flexible; can quickly switch between different tasks
  • Has a passion for continuous improvement
  • Is discrete and can deal with organisational sensitivities
