About the role
Amsterdam is the place to be, including for international ECM transactions and IPOs. In these interesting times, we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic lawyer to join our team. If you want to work on complex matters, often at the forefront of legal developments, and in a friendly team setting, then look no further.

Our ECM team has been involved in almost all major Dutch IPOs in the last decade. We usually act as lead counsel to the issuer. After the IPO, we continue to advise our listed clients on matters such as share buybacks, issues of shares or (convertible) bonds, and on their ongoing obligations as listed companies. We serve our listed clients working closely together with other practice groups and with the law firms abroad that are part of our network.

The ECM practice is part of our broader Corporate practice and as such you will have the opportunity to work on other corporate matters and participate in sessions and events organised by other practice areas.

Who are you?
The ideal candidate for this position:

• has finished a master’s degree in law;
• has three to five years of experience as a lawyer in the field of Capital Markets, Corporate and/or M&A;
• has excellent drafting and transaction skills;
• is fluent in both Dutch and English;
• is a great team player; and
• enjoys a challenge.
