About the role

As an intern team assistant, you will be part of Business Support. Together with other team assistants, you will provide support to lawyers in different departments within the Litigation practice group. As an important part of your role, you help your team collect and respond to requests and questions. This role requires someone who is a good team player, helping us to provide the best support to our lawyers.

As an intern team assistant, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• preparing, processing and filing of legal documents
• resolving layout problems in legal documents
• opening new files and correctly filing documents
• updating client records and information
• assisting in preparing PowerPoint presentations
• reviewing and responding to emails and phone calls
• organising client and other meetings and conference calls
• providing support to colleagues

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, such as optimising internal processes. This will give you the chance to learn more about the issues on which we advise our clients.

• enjoys working in a support role
• has experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe
• has an excellent command of Dutch and English
• is accurate in completing tasks and has an eye for detail
• is flexible, proactive and strives to provide the best service
