This position will have a strong focus on technology in diverse areas such as telecom, pharma, mechanics, IT and biotech.

About the role

Technology litigation is an important part of our litigation practice. Unlike any other firm in The Netherlands, we have the strength and capability to deal with all aspects of technology heavy litigation cases at the highest level, combining top-tier knowledge in areas such as patent law with that in other areas, such as competition, contract, arbitration, procedure, tax and administrative law.

In your role you will focus on technology heavy litigation. You will be part of integrated teams with highly qualified attorneys with diverse backgrounds. Within our integrated practice you will get the opportunity to work with the best and brightest on the most challenging cases and further develop yourself to a leading litigation lawyer.

You?
We are looking for a colleague who has a demonstrable passion for technology (from work experience and/or personal interest). You are a team player, ambitious and know when to take the lead!

The ideal candidate for this position:
• has a minimum of 4 years experience as a lawyer;
• has experience with technology driven cases, in particular with patent litigation;
• has knowledge of Dutch procedural law;
• has a broad legal interest;
• has good communication and writing skills; and
• has an excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
