Our firm was ranked third among legal advisers in Europe in Bloomberg's 2021 Global Activism league tables for company-side engagements. This ranking highlights financial, legal and investor relations advisers and proxy solicitors that advise companies or activists on activism or major M&A-related matters during the course of an activist campaign. This year, Bloomberg evaluated 590 activist campaigns, involving activist stakes worth USD 74 billion.
