He has represented leading corporations in both jurisdictional and multi-jurisdictional complex commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution and has advised a broad spectrum of international corporations on all kind of liability issues. Dennis focuses on general contract and liability work and specialises in insurance. He regularly acts for corporate insureds in disputes relating to insurance coverage in areas of product liability, professional liability, directors and officers liability and fraud.
