De Brauw acts as lead counsel to Showdown Displays Europe
Showdown Displays Europe, a subsidiary of Sign-Zone LLC, completed its bolt-on acquisition of Promic B.V.
Showdown and the Sign-Zone group of companies are portfolio companies of US private equity firm Pfingsten Partners. Sign-Zone, Showdown and Promic are in the business of manufacturing and selling signage and display systems and components.
