He has taken leading roles in negotiating large (sustainability-linked) corporate credit facilities, implementing acquisition financing arrangements for transformative acquisitions and designing comprehensive capital restructurings both in- and outside of distressed situations. He also has substantial expertise in project financing and construction. Bas' client base runs the gamut from large listed and non-listed corporates, to financial institutions and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. As a result, he is very comfortable on all sides of the table.
