Lennard is a partner in De Brauw’s Corporate/M&amp;A practice, and head of the private equity practice. He acts for Dutch and international private equity firms on their acquisitions and exit transactions, as well on other matters throughout the investment period. In addition, Lennard regularly acts for founders and family-owned companies who wish to sell their company or to partner with private equity. He is often consulted for his expertise in governance arrangements between shareholders, private equity funds and co-investors, including minority investments by private equity, and in warranty &amp; indemnity insurance and management participation plans.
Lennard is recognised as a leader in his field, as also confirmed by Legal 500 (‘Hall of Fame’ for Private Equity) and Chambers. Lennard was nominated as one of six lawyers for the Dutch Best M&amp;A Lawyer Award many times as from 2020 and won the award in 2021, 2023 and 2025.

Laura is counsel in the firm's Corporate/M&amp;A practice. She specialises in advising listed companies, large multinationals and private equity firms on M&amp;A transactions, including cross-border deals. Laura also has experience advising clients on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters, particularly in the context of M&amp;A transactions.
Between 2016 and 2018, Laura was based in De Brauw's Singapore office, where she handled cross-border enforcement matters and internal investigations for EU companies involving foreign regulators. She was seconded to Heineken International in 2015 and to Flow Traders in 2022.
