Rick is a counsel in De Brauw's Employment &amp; Employee Benefits practice, where he focuses on remuneration and incentives matters. These include management incentive plans – such as "sweet equity" plans, SAR schemes and other equity or equity-like plans, bonus schemes, and LTIPs –, remuneration policies and executive compensation. Rick has extensive experience assisting PE and VC clients, corporates, and other clients in these matters. As part of his practice, Rick also advises on other employment-related aspects of M&amp;A transactions.

Constantijn regularly advises founder-led businesses and family-owned corporations, both listed and privately held, on their corporate structure and founder / family corporate governance.
Constantijn has extensive experience across the field of corporate law. A substantial part of his practice is cross-border, reflecting his experience in international transactions involving IPOs, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic deals.
Constantijn practised law at De Brauw London, where he advised large international companies and financial institutions on corporate and finance transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.

Sifra specialises in general banking and corporate finance, including bilateral and syndicated loans, acquisition financing, debt capital markets transactions and debt restructuring. Prior to joining the Finance &amp; Restructuring practice, Sifra was part of De Brauw’s Intellectual Property group. She assisted corporate clients in complex IP disputes, in particular regarding patent law, and she litigated before national courts at all levels, including the Dutch Supreme Court.
