Abe is part of De Brauw's financial regulatory team and specialises in investment management and investment funds. As part of this practice, he gives structuring and restructuring advice to retail and private equity funds, and assists regulated managers in a range of financial supervision matters. In addition, Abe is frequently involved in investment and divestment negotiations, including for private equity clients.

Having previously worked in De Brauw's employment and employee benefits practice, Abe is familiar with remuneration rules in a regulated context and often handles questions raised about this subject in the context of transactions.
